These terms govern the use of Snackbyte AI ("we", "our", "us"), an automated tool that publishes our own short-form videos to social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
1. Purpose
Snackbyte AI is an internal automation used solely to create and publish our own original video content to social accounts that we own. It is not a service offered to third parties and does not provide accounts or logins to the public.
2. Acceptable use
We use each platform's official APIs in accordance with that platform's developer terms and policies. We publish only original content that we have the rights to distribute, and we do not use the integration to post on behalf of any other party.
3. Content
All videos we publish are our own original productions. Music is sourced from claim-free libraries, and any brand names referenced are used descriptively for commentary and comparison purposes.
4. Platform compliance
Our use of each platform's API is subject to, and intended to comply with, that platform's terms of service and community guidelines. We may stop or change the integration at any time.
5. Disclaimer
The tool is provided "as is" for our own use, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any interruption or error in the automated publishing process.
